Niseko Eats recognised the need for a different catering model in Niseko and Launched in 2022.

Our Beginings

During the tail end of Covid-19 Pandemic Niseko become popular with discerning guests again but with the changing needs of dinners many guests felt more comfortable having a restaurant experience in the comfort of their own Niseko Accommodation.

We saw a gap in the market between going out to Niseko Restaurant and having a chef doing all the preparation work and taking up space in your home. Initially focusing on the skills of local Niseko legend Nga to focus on authentic Vietnamese food we expanded to include Niseko plates charcuterie boards and then additionals chef’s came on board looking to use the same model.

What does it take to become a Niseko Eats Chef ?

Nga is from Hai Duong, a province in the Red River
Delta of Northern Vietnam. Nga was raised in a family environment where food was the centre piece of life, bringing friends and family together and where freshness and quality of ingredients was prized above all else.

She brings her traditional recipes and this philosophy of sharing and connection to the tables of Niseko, which she has happily called home for the last 10 years living with her husband and two young children.

Nga’s kitchen offers a home catering service where the food is prepared and bought to your residence and presented ready to enjoy.
